I have gotten drug into the texting world by my teenage sons...& they have finally convinced me that T9 is the way to go....I'm still learning & very slow...I still prefer just picking up the phone & talking to them :o)

I occasionally text my husband if he is in a meeting and I want to let him know something. I sometimes text friends when we just need to trade quick info.

i didn't until recently. It's great when I am busy with the kids and want to send a quick message, but i only have a certain amount so i must be careful! :)

I got a new phone and I can email to text, it's free you just need to know what the person's service provider is.

I do a tiny bit, usually with my hubby. Sometimes with my dad. I don't allow my son to text yet, he is almost 13 so I don't know how long that will last but for now, it is working.

i got a new phone with a keypad so i know i *can* text. but so far i haven't done much of it. dh texts a lot so i get his sometimes
