My favorite cookies are Mexian Wedding and Struffoli. We actually just finished the cookies a few days ago, I should make more even though my waistline doesn't need them LOL.
The Oreo balls sounds good, but I've never had them.
My favorite is probably a sugar cookie. I like them thick and really soft with a thick layer of cream cheese frosting. Didn't get around to making them this year for Christmas, but maybe by Valen…

My favorites are just plain old sugar cookies. But, I also love adding a little coconut extract, and some coconut flakes too!
hmm.. I like Russian tea cakes, I made them to share this year but have kept them in the freezer and will eat like 2 a day! :)
I don't know if it's a Christmas cookie, but every year I make No Bakes. So good!! Oatmeal, Coconut, Walnuts, Chocolate and all held together by sugar and butter. YUM!!!!

- I live in a small rural community in Kansas with my husband and high school sweetheart of 18 years, Kevin. We have 2 teenage sons, Jeremy & Joel. They are awesome kids...great students, terrific athletes...just all around talented kids! I work in the automotive business in accounting and business management. My dream is to quit my day job (yeah right)...I absolutely love the creative outlet that scrapbooking gives me...I have been officially scrapbooking since 2001, but even back into high school & college made photo books of some sort.

- I enjoy lots of different music...depends on my mood. Love country, but also like to listen to rock...not really sure what you call it!

- Love all of the design shows, but usually don't have a whole lot of time for TV!
- Favorite Scrapbook Supply
- Hard to list a favorite! Because I am in a rural area, I get a lot of basic supplies from Creative Memories & I shop at Hobby Lobby...my hubby would say too much! I love to buy patterned paper and 3d alpha stickers are fun too! My new favorite technique is hand stitching...time consuming but love the look!

There is a really cool scrapbook coffee house in Larned that I go to every now and then.. If you hear of any events that are coming up please let me know..
