I LOVE the felt stuff!
Don't you guys love playing with the felt? I admit, I was intimidated at first, but once I put a piece on one layout, I went back and added pieces to several others. I love it! I used glue dots to fasten it. Does anyone have a better suggestion? It was kind of tricky to get them to stick to the felt.

To put photos in my blog header, I go to the Dashboard, Layout tab, then the Header and Edit. It brings up a new page where you can change your title, description and add a photo from your pc. I click the "Instead of Title and Description" button after I download my photo and it places it there in the header. Oh, and I try to size my photo about 600x400 (approx.) so it's about the right size. Hope that helps!
